Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The lymphatic system is a filtration network of vessels, lymph nodes, and organs such as the tonsils, spleen, and thymus, along with lymphocytes (white blood cells). It functions like a waterway—when one area is congested, it disrupts drainage throughout the system.

This network is essential for managing inflammation, maintaining fluid balance, defending against infections, and removing toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials.

As a vital part of the immune system, it also helps transport and filter immune cells to protect the body from infections while maintaining fluid balance and clearing out toxins and waste.

By understanding and leveraging the various benefits of MLD, clients can experience significant improvements in their overall health and well-being.

For best results, schedule three MLD and VM sessions, once weekly for three consecutive weeks.

Visceral Manipulation

What is Visceral Manipulation?

Visceral Manipulation (VM) is a hands-on therapy that works with the body's organs to locate and alleviate abnormal points of tension. VM does not focus solely on the pain site or dysfunction but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. Thus enhancing the normal mobility and tissue motion of the organs.

When you are healthy, all the structures move with fluidity. This is important as it influences activities throughout the body, creating a harmonious relationship.

Surgeries, sedentary lifestyles, infection, bad diet, pregnancy, and emotions. can all contribute to the stasis and inefficiency of the organs.
