Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us; they are reserved especially for you. Therefore, we request a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows time to inform other clients/patients on our waitlist of availability, better-servicing everyone. If you cannot give the required notice, you will be expected to pay the total amount of your service.
Cold/Flu or Active Virus
If you arrive with a cold/ flu or active virus and it is determined that it is contraindicated for you to receive a session, you will be asked to pay for that appointment. If you have questions, phone Karen before your appointment to determine the best action.
Winter Weather
During the winter months, please pay attention to the weather forecast and decide regarding your appointment at least 24 hours before the storm. Appointments missed or canceled on the same day of the storm will be expected to be paid in full.
If you have concerns about your session or your reaction after a session, please contact Karen to discuss the situation before your next appointment. If you arrive and it is decided that your session needs to be modified, you will be expected to pay for the full fee of the originally scheduled session.
